POST /signup/second-factor

Get the second-factor secret. Body: `{signup_token}`. Step 3 of 4.

Returns the shared secret and the `otpauth://` URI built from it, which is the pair the browser sign-up renders as a QR code. Every account carries a second factor, so there is no way past this step. Asking twice returns the same secret rather than a new one.
