POST /members/invite

Invite a person by email. Owner-only. Body: `{email, role: editor|viewer|billing}`.

Enforces the plan's seat cap (409 when reached). Returns the new invitation record, or `{message, duplicate: true}` when a pending invite for that email already exists — same shape as the MCP `invite_member` tool.
