POST /config/rollback
Without `confirmRevision` this only returns the change-gate preview (same shape as `GET /config/diff`) between what is currently published and the target revision — nothing is published. To apply, call again with `confirmRevision` set to the preview's `currentRevision`; any pending schedule is cleared.
