REST API · burst-opt-in

POST /burst-opt-in

Enable or disable the auto-decaying burst window for live traffic.

Mirrors the MCP `set_burst_opt_in` tool — same edit gate, same paid gate, same `{burstOptIn, message}` shape. Body: `{enabled: bool}`. Enabling on a free project is rejected with an upgrade hint (the burst governor only applies to billed traffic).
